Alba Wayne Plowman, 71, of Weatherford, died Thursday, February 28, 2008, in Weatherford. A.W. was born April 12, 1936 in Weatherford. He was retired from Bell Helicopter / Textron, and a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
His wife, Sue Plowman, preceded him in death in 2001.
Survivors: daughter; Stacy Reynolds and husband, Joey of Dennis; son, Cody Plowman and wife, Shannon of Graham; brothers, Doye Plowman of Weatherford, Jerry Plowman of Weatherford, and Lloyd Plowman of Fort Worth; and grandchildren, Travis and Brady Plowman and Jace and Tylar Reynolds.
Funeral service: 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 3, 2008, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Interment: Greenwood Community Cemetery. Visitation: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
