Alan Eugene Currie, 49, of Weatherford, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2010, in a Fort Worth Hospice Center. Born April 18, 1961, to Charles Eugene and Priscilla June Currie, in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Currie was a dry wall worker and a resident of Parker County for many years.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Priscilla June.
Survivors: father, Charles Currie of Weatherford, Texas; sister, Teresa Currie of Fort Worth, Texas; brothers, Steven Currie of Hobbs, New Mexico, David Cavanaugh of Horseshoe Bend, Texas, and Bobby Blair of Azle, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.
There are no services planned at this time. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
