William Dale Bush

Billy Trailblazer Bush was born under a wandering star in April 1950. He traveled about the country in his youth and after graduating high school he enlisted in the USAF where he served as a gunner with the 16th SOS “Spectre”, volunteering for three tours of duty. After his return from the service he became “a star of the blvd”. As he liked to put it, and drove a truck for over 40+ years across the nation. He enjoyed writing poetry, playing the piano, sharing tales over a cup of coffee ,sharing his love of the Lord and preparing for his next great adventure. On May 15, 2022 he started his new journey!

He is survived by his wife of 42 years Leilani, daughter (his special angel) Kathy (Ben) Saunders, special sister Glynise Martin, Daddy Rabbit in law Caleb Williams, Tony, united brothers Jim L., Doug G. and “SPECTRE”, The Cloy family, his loving adopted family and 2 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters.

Graveside service: 11:30 am, July 6, 2022 at Dallas- Ft. Worth National Cemetery. To God be the glory!
