Wayne Allen Clary

Wayne Allen Clary passed from this life on Thursday, May 18, 2023, at age 81. He was born March 4, 1942, in Alameda, California to Rector Monroe Clary and Thelma Grace (MacArthur) Clary. Wayne proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

Following his military career, he married Jessie Rose Valdez and began building his life's work in the steel mills, eventually progressing his vocation to that of a union rep with the United Steelworkers. Wayne traveled a lot in that profession, but he worked hard and did what it took to provide for his family, at times being able to take them on the road with him.

Wayne was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved him.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Sean Clary.

Wayne is survived by his beloved wife, Jessie Rose Clary of Weatherford, Texas; daughter, Nikki Clary; son, John Clary and wife, Barbara; five grandchildren, Brandon Clary and his wife, Cecily, Miranda Clary, Donovan Clary and his wife, Ashley, Aidan Contreras, Peyton Contreras; and one great grandchild, Cillian Clary-Zuniga.
