Wanda Jean Howell

Wanda Jean Howell, age 71, of Peaster, died Friday, August  3, 2007 in   a Fort Worth Hospital.  Born October 29, 1935 in Dennis, Texas, a resident of Parker County most of her life. Wanda was a retired Registered Nurse, homemaker, member of North Side Baptist Church and she was an avid bear collector.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Howell in January 2007 and her parents Leonard and Elda Carter. Wanda is survived by her daughter, Laura Biggs of Murphy, Texas; sons, Chuck Howell of North Richland Hills and Kelly Howell of Keller; sisters, Donice Nichols of Weatherford, Fern Cox of Joshua and ReVay Bullock of Peaster; brother, Leslie Carter and wife, Jane of Weatherford; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Funeral service: 10 AM, Tuesday, August 7, 2007 in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel with interment in Clark Cemetery.
