Vanessa Kaye Fretz

Vanessa Kaye Fretz, 42, of Azle, tragically passed away Friday, April 18, 2020. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

Vanessa was born September 18, 1977, in Weatherford to Gregory and Karen Felton Preston. She was a secretary for Eagle Mountain Landing at the West Bay Marina. Vanessa enjoyed horseback riding, boating, dancing and playing pool. She especially loved spending time with her family. 

She was preceded in death by her father, Gregory Preston; uncle, Clifford Preston; nephew, Chapman Preston; paternal grandfather, Telfer Preston and her maternal grandparents, Nancy and Kenneth Felton.

Vanessa leaves behind her children, Darren Keen and his girlfriend, Cheyanne Bessent of Azle, Maddison Keen of Oregon and Ethan Fretz of Rockwall; parents, Karen and Lon Ellis of Mineral Wells; brother, Greg Preston and wife Jacey of Garner and her two precious grandchildren, Ariel and Ryder Keen.
