Thurman Rowell

Thurman Rowell, age 85, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 24, 2013.  A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 10 AM at Annetta Cemetery with Mike Edwards officiating.
Thurman was born August 26, 1928 to Hassel and Bell Rowell in Wind Parish, Louisiana. He was a longtime resident of Aledo, Texas. Thurman was a Master Mason in the Phoenix Lodge 275 in Weatherford and served in the Army.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hassel and Bell Rowell; ten brothers.
He leaves behind his wife of 63 years, Twila Rowell of Aledo; daughter, Deborah Jurek and husband, Jay of Weatherford; son Francis Rowell of Weatherford; grandchildren: Cody Rowell and wife, Misty, Derek Rowell, Courtney Smith and husband, Chandler, Jesse Jurek and wife, Lauren, and Jason Jurek and wife, Tara; great-grandchildren: Cheridan Rowell, Jocelyn Ruth Jurek, Hayden Rowell and Hudson Rowell.
