Theresa Dawn Carter

Theresa Dawn Carter, 46, beloved wife, mother, and daughter, of Weatherford, passed away peacefully on Sunday afternoon, October 3, 2021, in Weatherford, Texas.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held Friday, October 8, 2021, at 10 A.M., at North Side Baptist Church, 910 N. Main Street, in Weatherford, Texas. Burial will be private at Memory Gardens at a later date.

Theresa was born on May 25, 1975, in Morgan City, Louisiana to Robert and Carolyn Mazur. She married Terry Carter on August 29, 1999. Theresa had a ‘deep faith’ and was a member of North Side Baptist Church in Weatherford. She will be remembered for her smile, her outgoing personality and for her willingness to help anyone in need. Most of all, Theresa cherished time spent with her family and her many friends.

Theresa is survived by her husband, Terry; her daughter, Bailly; her mother, Carolyn Mazur; and by her brothers, Robert and Louis Carter; and by her beloved dog, Belle.

Theresa was preceded in death by her father, Robert Mazur.
