Tallulah Cloise Smith, 92, of Weatherford, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011. Tallulah was born March 19, 1919, in Sap Oak, Texas, to Susie and Thomas Jefferson Quarles. Mrs. Smith was a member of Dennis Baptist Church and a homemaker.
Tallulah was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Smith; son, James Smith; grandson, Clint Bratcher; parents; two brothers; and a sister.
Survivors include her daughters, Janice Smith and Alva Bratcher, both of Weatherford; five grandchildren, Jimmy Smith Lindale, Chad Bratcher, Rick Smith, Cody Bratcher, and Chuck Bratcher; thirteen great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, at Buckner Cemetery.
