Stephen Wayne Spence

Stephen Wayne Spence, 61, of Weatherford, passed away on Saturday, Jun 30, 2018, at his home. Visitation will be held form 6 until 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 5, in the North Side Baptist Church chapel, 910 N. Main Street in Weatherford with a memorial service celebrating his life beginning at 7P.M. Interment will be private at the Rosedale Cemetery in Ada, Oklahoma.
Stephen was born August 24, 1956 in Oak Park, Illinois to Jimmie and Wanda Spence. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in the USAF. He married Hui Yue on September 27, 2008. Stephen was a truck driver most recently driving for Miller Trucking. Stephen enjoyed woodworking, watching Star Trek, and was an avid OU and Dallas Cowboys fan. Stephen recently gave his heart to Christ and was a member of North Side Baptist Church. Stephen will be remembered for being a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather.
Stephen is survived by his wife, Hui; his daughter, Jessica and husband Jeric Poston; grandchildren, Trent, Dylan, Brady, and Ellie Poston; by his mother, Dovie Spence; his sisters, Sheila and husband Sid Blythe and Sharla Spence; his brother, Scott and wife Denice Spence; and by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
