Stephen Earl Dewveall

  Stephen Earl Dewveall, 59, of Aledo, departed this life to rejoice in the arms of his Lord and Savior on Friday afternoon, August 26, 2011. He was born August 25, 1952, in Weatherford, to Charles and Leta Mae Dewveall. Stephen was an accomplished handyman woodworker and a wood pattern maker; contracting with several companies. He enjoyed camping and square dancing. Stephen was a devoted Christian and a member of Willow Park Baptist Church. He was a faithful loving husband and a dedicated supportive dad and papaw. 

  Steve is survived by his wife of 25 years, Diane Dewveall of Aledo; daughters, Salynda Duvall and husband, Charlie of Haltom City, Christy Vining and husband, Chris of Shreveport, and Laura Holcomb and husband, David of White Settlement; parents, Chuck and Leta Dewveall of Weatherford; sister, Charlena Riffe and husband, Robert of Weatherford; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
 
  Funeral service: 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2011, at Willow Park Baptist Church with Pastor Clark Bosher officiating. Interment will follow in Annetta Cemetery. Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 29, 2011, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
