Shirley Williams Harris

Shirley Williams Harris, 90 of Weatherford, formally of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away Friday, July 20, 2007 at the home of her son Robert L. and daughter in law, Joyce Patrick Harris after a courageous battle with cancer. Shirley was a member of North Main Church of Christ since 2000 and a former member of Norton St. Church of Christ in Corpus Christi, Texas. She was married 65 years to Gerald B Harris who preceded her in death along with her parents, two sisters and two brothers. Survivors: Sons – Jerry Harris and wife, Dianne of Huntsville Robert “Bob” Harris and wife Joyce of Weatherford Daughter – Yvonne Deuell of Houston Sister – Mavis Williams of Plano Granddaughters – Ginger Coyner, Megan Campero and husband Paul, Robyn Lee and husband Kevin, Amy Martinez and husband Andy, Leslie Hadskey and husband David Grandsons – Steve Deuell and wife Sherrie, Robert “Bobby” Harris, Troy Harris Great granddaughters – Melanie Coyner, Mirella Campero, Jayde Martinez, Paige Martinez Great grandsons – Dylan Campero, Leo Campero, Vincent Harris, Ryan Lee and Jack Hadskey She is also survived by two very special friends and care-givers Zada Tillman and Nona Martinez Funeral service 2:00 PM Monday at North Main Church of Christ with Minister John Herington officiating. Visitation is from 4:00 – 6:00 PM Sunday at Galbreaith Pickard. Interment will be held at Memory Gardens.
