Shirley Jean Kolanek

Shirley Jean Kolanek, 82, passed from this life on Sunday, January 1, 2023. She was born September 29, 1940, in Mineral Wells, Texas, to Ben Roy and Emma Faye Marlow Gholson. Shirley enjoyed shopping but her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her grandchildren and family. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ben Kolanek.

Shirley is survived by her son, Mike Kolanek; grandchildren, Emalie Glenn, Shelby Trammell, Kurtis Kolanek, and Logan Kolanek; as well as her nine great grandchildren.

Shirley's family will be celebrating her life with a private family memorial service. In lieu of flower contributions, please make donations to Manna Storehouse, PO Box 9, Weatherford, TX 76086.
