Rusty Jr. Winstead

Cloud Manley “Rusty” Winstead Jr. passed away on Monday, June 8, 2015.  He was born on January 1, 1923 in Weatherford, Texas.  He graduated from Weatherford High School and attended Weatherford College.  Rusty was a Rancher and a former employee of Leonard’s Farm Store in Fort Worth.  He was a member of the North Main Church of Christ and a lifelong resident of Weatherford.  Rusty loved people and was a friend to all. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, seven brothers and two nephews. 
He is survived by wife, Ruth Winstead and Sister Carrie Bridges, 1 nephew and 3 nieces, numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
Pallbearers will be Bob Winstead, Patrick Winstead, Wayne Walker, Clint Walker, Jarred Vickers, John Bethel.


Visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 10, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.  Funeral Services will be held at North Main Church of Christ on Thursday, June 11, at 10:00 a.m. with John Herington officiating.  Burial will follow at Spring Creek Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Charity of Choice.
