Ronald William Spake

Ronald William Spake, 63, of Weatherford, Texas, passed away Saturday, January 28, 2023. Born in Amarillo, Texas on February 26, 1959, Ronald was the oldest of three sons born to James Logan Spake and Mary Elizabeth (Lewis) Spake-Polser. Following graduation from high school, Ronald was trained as an electrician. Most recently, he was employed by Miller Brewery in Fort Worth. Ronald was known for his good work ethic and for working many long hours. When he wasn't working, Ronald loved being at home with his two dogs, Roxie and Rookie, and enjoyed tinkering in the yard.

Ronald was preceded in death by his father, James Logan Spake and brother, Donald V. Spake.

Ronald is survived by his daughter, Katherine Rene Stanley; son, William J.D. Spake; five grandchildren, Emma, Oliver, Quentin, Addison and Henry; mother, Mary Polser; brother, John P. Spake; uncle, Milton (Elsie) Spake; aunt, Lois (Gene) Adams; and numerous cousins, loving family, and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
