Richard "Ric" J. Long

Richard (Ric) J. Long of Cool Junction, Texas, went to be with our Lord on July 31, 2019. He had fought a gallant battle against cancer for almost 5 years.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Belle Brownlee-Long of Cool Junction, TX his son, Ryan Brownlee-Long of Cool Junction, TX, his daughter Katy Brownlee-Long (Tony) of Ft. Worth, TX.
He is preceded in death by his son, Cory Brownlee-Long in 2009 and his mother, Maxine Long, in 1985.
He is also survived by his father Dean Long (Melissa) of Dansville, NY; sister Louise Carragher of Geneva, NY, brother Jim Prattico (Marcia) of Henrietta, NY, sister Cheryl Thomas of Anstin, Mn, brother Todd Long (Sue) of Pittsford, NY, sister Laurie Bushek of Palmyra, NY and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 10am, Thursday August 8, 2019 in Holders Chapel UMC in Cool, Texas.
