Richard George Martell, 92, of Weatherford, died Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at his residence. He was born December 9, 1917 in Detroit, Michigan. Richard was a FAA specialist, a B17 pilot during World War II for the US Air Force. He was a member of St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, an avid golfer and a beautiful bridge player. Richard is survived by his bridge partner and loving wife of 68 years Fran Martell of Weatherford and his daughter Barbara Martell. No services are scheduled at this time.
