Ricardo Solon Ogatis

Ricardo Solon Ogatis, 82, of Weatherford, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2012, surrounded by his loving family.  He was born February 7, 1930 in Maa Davao City, Philippines to Petra and Roman Ogatis.
Mr. Ogatis was a mechanic and a resident of Mineral Wells and Weatherford since 2001.
He is survived by his wife, Francisca Ogatis of 53 years and children: Elizabeth and Ludivino Ruizo; Josephine and Terry Brouwer; Lourdes and Ermino  Dawal; Eliezer and Ligaya Ogatis; Arlene Ogatis; Jocelyn and Allen Manley; Sharon and Simon Klein; Susan Narciso; Sandra and Roy Cedeno; Edgardo and Lolita Ogatis; Ronaldo and Evangeline Ogatis; and Jennifer and Laurie Brown and thirty-five grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his cousins Francisca Solon & Ambrosio Solon; and grandson Baby Ogatis; and sister in-law Lolita Ogatis; and brothers Francisco Ogatis, Timoteo Ogatis, and Antonio Ogatis; and nephew Samuel Ogatis, Eric Ogatis and Francisco Ogatis Jr; and daughter Maricel Ogatis; and son Ricardo Ogatis Jr; and parents Roman & Petra Ogatis.
Service is 10:00 a.m. Thursday June 7, 2012 at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford.  Visitation is 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the funeral home.
