Phillip Brian Kelly

Phillip Brian Kelly, 58, of Weatherford, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021, in Fort Worth.

Visitation will be held from 5 until 8, on Friday evening, September 3, 2021, at the Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford. Funeral services celebrating his life will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2021, at North Side Baptist Church, 910 N. Main Street, in Weatherford, Texas. Burial will be private at a later date.

Phillip was born on December 27, 1962, in Fort Worth, Texas, to Louis and Joyce Kelly. He was a “sports affectionato” and enjoyed sports of all types. He particularly enjoyed watching college football. A person of strong faith, Phillip enjoyed preaching children’s sermons at his previous church and was a long-time member of North Side Baptist Church. He was a Scheduler and Materials Coordinator at Traulsen Refrigeration for 21 years. Most of all, Phillip was devoted to his family and his extended family of friends. He loved to laugh and fellowship with others and will be greatly missed.

Phillip is survived by his wife, Audra; his children, Alexandria (AJ) Martinez, Clayton Kelly, and Kennedy, Kelly; his grandchildren, Raegan and Ryatt Martinez; his sister, Dana (Bill) Parham; and by his nieces and nephews, Ashley Huckabee, Breanna Parham, and Derek Parham.

Phillip was preceded in death by his parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Phillip’s memory may be made to the North Side Baptist Church - Phillip Kelly Camp Fund which will provide the opportunity to send kids to church camp and to further God’s Kingdom and the children’s future.
