Patsey Nell Fowler

Patsey Nell Fowler, 72, passed away Sunday April 20, 2014 in Weatherford.  Born in Jacksboro to William A. and Ivery Duncan; Patsey was the youngest of four children.  Patsey worked as a manager in the restaurant industry.  Patsey met Jerry Fowler, through his sister while living in Jacksboro.  They married and moved to Weatherford.  They were members of Garner Baptist Church.  Patsey leaves behind her husband of more than 33 years, Jerry Fowler; grandson Jeremy Luna; sisters Elva Lee Wells and Betty Louise Gatlin; and niece Sandra Nell Moody.  Patsey was preceded in death by her daughter Eugenia Howard and sister Joann Conley.
 

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.  Service will be graveside at Lost Creek Cemetery in Jacksboro TX, Thursday April 24, 2014 at 2p.m.
