She was the daughter of Margot Clay Moseley and Winfred Brannan Brown. Pam graduated from Weatherford High School and attended Weatherford College and the University of North Texas in Denton. She worked at M&F Bank, First National Bank, and Texas Bank. After retiring, she worked at the Doss Heritage and Culture Center in Weatherford.
