Ora Bell Watson

  Ora Bell Watson passed away suddenly Monday, November 18, 2013, at the age of 93. Born October 11, 1920 in Oklahoma; family was very important in her life.  A woman of Baptist faith and natural homemaker, Ora made a home for herself and her husband, Homer. Together they had five children, seventeen grandchildren, forty-seven great grandchildren, and thirty-six great great grandchildren with three more on their way. 

  She will be greatly missed by her survivors, they include her daughter, Mildred Langley; sons, Odis “Ray” Watson and his wife, Marilyn, Eldon “Bit” Watson and his wife, Sylvia, Willard Eugene Watson and his wife, Janie; daughter in law, Barbara Watson; and sister, Katherine Wilson of Ada, Oklahoma.  

  Ora was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Homer; son, James Aaron Watson; son in law, Randy Langley; granddaughter, Melissa Langley; great great grandchildren, Ranger Scout Watson, Christian Ray Webb, and Makayla Stark; and five brothers and three sisters.

  A visitation will be held Wednesday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. 

  A funeral service will be held Thursday, 10:00 a.m. at Victory Baptist Church with interment at Memory Gardens Cemetery immediately following.
