Myrna Pearl O'Boyle

Myrna Pearl O’Boyle, age 85, of Aledo, died on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at her residence.  She was born May 25, 1926 in Stephenville, Texas.  Myrna was a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, George and Mayme Morton, brother, Billy Morton, sisters, Starr Hopkins, and Fern Mayhew and her grandson, Michael Kirk. She is survived by her husband, Robert P. O’Boyle of Aledo; daughter, Gunda Kirk and Marsha White of Fort Worth; sons, Jimmy and wife, Angie Kirk, Jackie and wife, Brenda Kirk, and Kenneth and wife, Mary Kirk all of Odessa; sister, Linda Gaskill of Weatherford; brothers, Norman Morton of Weatherford, Jack Morton of Granbury and James (Chipper) and wife, Janie of Houston; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
 
Graveside service: 10:30 AM, Wednesday, August 17, 2011 in the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.  Visitation will be from 6-8pm on tuesday at the funeral home.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
