Molly Nell Baker

Molly Nell Baker, 79, of Weatherford, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her daughter's home on Saturday morning, February 1, 2020, at her home.

A memorial service celebrating her life will be held at 3 P.M., on Sunday, February 9, 2020, at the Pythian Home, 1825 E. Bankhead Highway, in Weatherford, Texas. Burial will follow at Annetta Cemetery.

Molly was born November 24, 1940, in San Saba, Texas to Ethal and Madilen Hunt. She married Sanford Harold Baker on May 13, 1961 and together had six children. Molly was a member of Granbury Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafting, fishing, and shopping at flea markets. Most of all, Molly’s priority was her family. She cherished time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Molly is survived by her children, Terecia (Mike) Riley, Donna Mavis (Ronnie) Copeland, Michael Casey, Sanford H. Baker, III (Leslie), Terry (MaDonna) Baker, and Tammy Nell (Nathan) Simmons; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-child; and by her siblings, Mary Sanderson, Betty Hunt, and Tommy Hunt.

In addition to her parents, Molly was preceded in death by her husband, Sanford Harold Baker, II; and by her siblings, Marie, Bobby, Billy, Louise, and Kenneth.
