Millie Bobby Webb

Millie Jeline “Bobby” Young-Webb, went to Heaven September 24, 2013 in Weatherford, Texas. Bobby was born January 24, 1920 in Big Springs, Texas to Woodrow and Lula Bell West Hall. Bobby and her husband “Steve” Young, moved to Weatherford, April 1946 where Steve went to work for the City of Weatherford. Steve was killed on July 13, 1946 in a fall as an electrician for the City.  Bobby remained in Weatherford where she raised their four children and later went to work for the City of Weatherford in the Water and Light department where she worked until her retirement.
Mrs. Webb is preceded in death by her first husband Steve Young, second husband, Elmer Webb, oldest son, Don Young, five sisters, two brothers, mother and father.
She is survived by sons; Marvin Young of Washington State, Jim Young of Weatherford, daughter Ann Durant and husband Chubby Durant. She is also survived by her daughter in law; Lynn Young and special friend Kathy Young, seven grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and sister, Eveline Hixenbough of Albuquerque, New Mexico 
 

 

Graveside service 1:00 pm Friday at East Greenwood Cemetery.
Visitation 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
