Mickey Dixon

  Mickey Dixon, age 81, of Weatherford, passed away Monday, May 11, 2015 in Fort Worth. Mickey was born on January 28, 1934 in Comanche, Texas. Mrs. Dixon was a public school teacher, office nurse and ex-ray technician, she was a member of Indian Oaks Primitive Baptist Church in Lake Worth, enjoyed working in the yard, sewing, hand work and travel.

  Survivors: husband, Garland Dixon of Weatherford; daughter, Dianna Dixon of Weatherford; son, Steve Dixon and wife, Amanda of Flower Mound; and grandchildren, Amber Elizabeth Dixon, Lauren Nicole Dixon, and Brittany Nicole Dixon.

Funeral: 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 15th, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Interment in Curtis Cemetery. Visitation 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday in the chapel.
