Michael “Mike” Jack Jones 71 of Queen City, Texas, formerly of Brock, Texas passed away on August 6, 2021 in Texarkana, Texas surrounded by his family.

Mike was born February 5, 1950 in Weatherford, Texas to Jack and Bonnie Jones. Mike had an outgoing personality and never met a stranger. He would literally give you “the shirt off of his back and last dime in his pocket.” He had a very close relationship with the Lord and he let everyone know of his faith. You would never see him without a smile on his face and without a hug ready to give. He enjoyed fishing, music, playing the guitar, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years Debbie Jones, his parents Jack and Bonnie Jones, his sister Patricia Gail Jones, and his son Josh Jones.

He is survived by his two sons Travis Jones and wife Patty of Maud, Texas, Zac Jones and wife LaDonna of Doddridge, Arkansas, and his daughter Allyson Bailey and husband Mat of Brock, Texas. His brother Rickey Jones of Pottsboro, Texas and sister Bonnie Lou and husband Robert W. Gossett the third of Azle, Texas. His grandchildren Madison, Gaven, Sandon, Pacyn, Tristen, Hunter, little Josh, Colt, Bailee, Kamden, Colson, and arriving soon Canaan Jack.

Visitation with be held from 6 until 8, Monday evening, August 9, 2021 at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 11 A.M., Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at Brock Cemetery.
