Michael Grady Rodriguez, 63, of Weatherford passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013 in a Fort Worth hospital. Michael was born March 10, 1950 in Placquemine, Louisiana to Betty Sue and Oscar Grady Rodriguez.
Mr. Rodriguez began his career as a paramedic. He earned his nursing degree at Tarrant County Junior College in the early 1980’s. He was a registered nurse working in Parker and Tarrant County for many years, most recently at Huguley Hospital.
Michael was a talented craftsman. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and hunting.
Survivors include his wife, Liz; son, James Kirkpatrick of Weatherford; two grandchildren, Emily and Mallory Kirkpatrick; brother, Barry James Rodriguez of Foley Alabama and nephew, Christopher Rodriguez.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 10 AM in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
