Mary Evelyn Davis, 74, of Weatherford, died Sunday, January 8, 2012, at a Weatherford nursing center. Mary was born October 19, 1937, in Mineral Wells, Texas.
She was a retired avionics line supervisor and a Christian. She loved music, spending time with her family and cooking.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, MC Davis; son, Michael Lee Davis; granddaughters, Kirstin and Mira, and best friend, LaDonna Ford.
She is survived by her daughters, Rena DelPrincipe and husband, Scott of Weatherford, Cathy Johnston of Center Point, Nishia Davis and husband, Richard Berry of Weatherford; son, Mark Davis and wife, Sandra of Mineral Well; brother, James Jackson of Fort Worth; 12 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial service 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 12, 2012, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.
