Maria "Gloria" Salazar

Maria “Gloria” Salazar passed away at home on Thursday, January 26, 2012. Gloria was born on February 21, 1930 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Otila and Genaro Alegria. The family sends out special thanks to Vitas Hospice for around the clock care and to the team at Tarrant Dialysis Center in Weatherford, Texas for their support. Survivors: sons, Gerardo and Genaro Contreras Jr.; daughter, Maricela Lehew; sister, Zoila Saenz; brother, Patrick Alegria; sixteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. A wake will be held Saturday at 5 PM at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be at 1 PM Monday at East Greenwood Cemetery.
