Loyd B. Towles

Loyd B. Towles, 81, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, September 6, 2006 in Weatherford. Born March 11, 1925 in Parker County where he was a lifelong resident. Loyd was a retired Airforce Veteran, a former Golf Pro for Live Oak Country Club and a member of Willow Park Baptist Church. Funeral service:  2:00 P.M. Saturday, September 9, 2006 in the Willow Park Baptist Church. Interment:  Annetta Cemetery. Visitation:  6-8 P.M. Friday in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.Loyd is survived by Wife, Mary Towles of Weatherford; sons, Gary Towles, Bryan Towles and Keith Towles all of Weatherford; sister, Evelyn Shelby of Gun Barrell City; 7 Grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
