Lois Wood

Lois Wood, 88, died April 11, 2010 in a local nursing home.  She was born on February 3, 1922 in Anderson County, TX to Willie R. and Ethel Brown Holt.  She was a retired LVN and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Weatherford.
 
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law: Mike and Donna Wood of Weatherford; sisters: Mary Rae Thomas of Conroe and Julia Mae Duncan of Weatherford; grandchildren: Cody Wood, Crystal Benedict, Jennifer Brucker; great-grandchildren: Quentin Brucker, Jaron Brucker; numerous nieces and nephews.
 
Services will be 2 PM Wednesday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.  Burial will be in East Greenwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 6 – 8 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
