Lena Mae Wampler

Lena Wampler, 93, of Weatherford, passed away November 30, 2008. Mrs. Wampler was born September 8, 1915 in Oklahoma to Willie Theodore and Francis Perlie Jones. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Weatherford and she loved to cook and sew. Her husband, Jack Wampler, preceded her in death.

Graveside Services will be at 2 PM, Wednesday at Oakland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.

Mrs. Wampler is survived by her son, J. D. Wampler and his wife Sue of North Richland Hills; two grandchildren; Jerry Wampler and Sandra Cross; five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
