Larry Russell Young

Larry Russell Young, age 82, passed from this life to his Eternal Home on October 13, 2021, in North Richland Hills, TX. Larry was born March 17, 1939, in Bruni, TX, to John F. Young and Ruby Ann (McKeller) Young. Larry was the owner/operator of an event planning business and nursery. He loved feeding the squirrels peanuts from his hand and spending time with his beloved dog Roxy.

In addition to his parents, John F. and Ruby Ann Young, Larry was preceded in death by his daughter, Kelley Rene Young, and brother, Jack Young.

Left to cherish Larry's memory are his daughter, Melissa Young of Weatherford, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Dina Young (David) Gray of Weatherford, TX; son and daughter-in-law, Larry (Amy) Young of Weatherford, TX; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon Kay (Bill) Sager of Weatherford, TX; brother and sister-in-law, Mack (Gloria) Young of Weatherford, TX; 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and best friend/caregiver, Marline Luna.

A celebration of life service will be held at Willow Lake Event Center, The Barn, on November 13, 2021, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
