Katherine Ydelle Johnson

Katherine Ydelle Johnson, age 72, passed from this life on Sunday, October 30, 2022. Katherine was born May 8, 1950, in Fort Worth, Texas to James Holtsclaw and Alice (Cox) Holtsclaw. She was a retired truck driving instructor for Logistics Trucking. Katherine loved horses and enjoyed taking care of her cattle.

Katherine is survived by her son, Jack Lee Imboden and wife, Connie of Weatherford, Texas; brother, Jay Holtsclaw and wife, Debbie of Weatherford, Texas; grandchildren, Kyle Smithey, Sharmalee Imboden, Jack Imboden, Collin Smithey; great-granddaughters, Brayleigh and Brynlee; and numerous loving family and friends.

Katherine was preceded in death by her parents, James and Alice Holtsclaw and brother, Lynn Holtsclaw.

A graveside service is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2022, at the Poe Prairie Cemetery, Millsap, Texas.

The family will receive friends for a visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel., 913 N. Elm Street, Weatherford, Texas.
