John T. Rapkoch, Sr.

John Thomas Rapkoch, Sr., passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023.

John Rapkoch was born January 7, 1942, in San Diego, California. He would eventually call Weatherford, Texas his home, and along with his late wife, Joanie, built several real estate businesses. John was known for his lively personality, and love of automobiles and dogs.

John is survived by his current wife, Jamie Rapkoch; his sons, John T. Rapkoch, Jr. and his daughter (Lindsey); Michael E. Rapkoch along with his wife, Heather, and their children (Christopher and Parker); his three sisters, Kathy Beaver, Suzanne Dellinger, and Marilyn Muncy; and his son by marriage, Xan Watson. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Rapkoch and Donna (Russell) Rapkoch; his daughter, Christine Rapkoch; and his wife and business partner, Joanie Rapkoch.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at North Side Baptist Church, in Weatherford, Texas.
