John Marshall Brewster

John Marshall Brewster, 69, of Weatherford passed away Wednesday, June 10, 2020 in a Fort Worth hospital. Memorial service: 2pm, Saturday, June 13, 2020 at The Abbey Church, 10400 Jacksboro Highway Ft. Worth, Texas 76135. John was born February 8, 1951 in Somerset, Kentucky to Thomas Mayo and Marilyn Flynn Brewster. He was the minister at Outreach of Love Church where he invested his heart and soul into people. John was an accomplished pianist. 

He was preceded in death by his father and step-mother, Tom and Linda Brewster and his son in law, Eric Werne. 

John leaves behind his loving and devoted wife of 46 years, Linda Brewster; children, Traci Werne, Priscilla Brewster and Jonathan Brewster; mother, Marilyn Brewster; sister, Judy Hertel and husband John; step-sister, Karen Pryor and husband Donnie and grandchildren, Hope and Elissa Werne. John is also survived by a multitude of nieces and nephews, church family, friends and children that called him Dad and Poppy.
