John Herman Cornelison

John Herman Cornelison, 82, passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2021, in a Fort Worth hospital. He was born November 25, 1938, in Marietta, Oklahoma, to John Henry and Mary Casteel Cornelison. John honorably served in the U.S. Army for six years then spent the next 42 years working as an electrical engineer for D.C International. He was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Dennis where he sang in the choir for many years. John loved cars, enjoyed camping, traveling and being a part of a motor home club. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.

John leaves behind his wife of 65 years, Linda Cornelison; daughter, Tina Marie Cornelison; son, David Dwayne Cornelison; as well as numerous grandchildren and extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 27, 2021, at City Greenwood Cemetery, in Weatherford.
