John Gregory Hedberg

  John Gregory Hedberg, age 75, of Weatherford, died Thursday afternoon, September 8, 2011 in Fort Worth. Born September 23, 1935 in Osceola, Nebraska, he was a resident of this area for many years. After 40 years he retired from General Dynamics, now Lockheed, as a design engineer.

  Survivors include his wife, Martha Hedberg of Weatherford; children, Kathy Ranson of Pensacola, Florida, and son, Michael Hedberg and his wife, Susan of Hurst, and two grandchildren, Jason Hedberg and Stacy Ranson.

  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday at the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel. Visitation is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Peaster Cemetery.
