John Earnest Thouvenel

John Earnest Thouvenel, 85, of Weatherford, died Wednesday, September 27, 2006 in a local nursing center. Born April 8, 1921 in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, a resident of Weatherford for many years. Mr. Thouvenel was a retired heavy equipment operator. His wife Christine Thouvenel and son Darrell Thouvenel precede him in death. Graveside Service   2:30 P.M. Friday at Memory Gardens Cemetery.Visitation   6-8 P.M. Thursday at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel.Survivors:   Daughters; Adlois Parker of Crowley, Loreta Massie and husband Sammy of Brock, Janel Thouvenel of Brock and LaNel Shires and husband Zack of Brock; son, Alton Thouvenel and wife Judy of Aledo; 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren; special nephew Russell Thouvenel of Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma and numerous other nieces and nephews.
