Joe Donald St. Clair

Joe Donald “Don” St. Clair, 85, of Weatherford, passed away Friday, April 3, 2020, at his home, following a lengthy illness with Alzheimer’s. A private graveside service will be held at Laurel Land Memorial Gardens. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in Weatherford.

Don was born in Cold Springs, Texas to James Walter and Elsie St. Clair. He married Jean Carole Deal on June 3, 1958. Don had a deep faith and was an Elder at South Main Church of Christ in Weatherford. His solution to any issue was “Let’s pray about this.” He will be remembered for his integrity, humility, honesty, and for being overly generous. Most of all, Don was devoted to his beloved family – particularly his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Don is survived by his wife Jean of nearly 62 years; his children, Marcy and husband Bobby Atchley, Diane and husband Greg Hopper, and Greg St. Clair; his brother, William E. St. Clair; and by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his infant daughter, Beth Ann St. Clair and by his son, James Kenneth St. Clair.
