Jimmy Lynn Daves

  Jimmy Daves, 52, an avid sportsman, passed away October 13, 2006 at his home. Jimmy Lynn Daves was born June 9, 1954 in Fort Worth. He was a retired salon owner of The Right Direction in Weatherford. A member of the Crystal Cathedral Ministries, he was a man of deep faith and strong convictions. Jimmy believed that there are no coincidences. Texas Hold’em lost a master. Friends and family lost an amazing man. 

  He is survived by his wife, Tammy Daves; sons, Josh, Joel and wife, Jessica, Michael Escobedo and wife, Sonya; daughter, Jennifer Milner and husband, Sam; grandchildren, Jacob, Dakota, Caitlyn, and Chase; and siblings, Tommy Daves and family, and Barbie Daves and family. 

  Funeral service: 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 17, 2006, in the Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm St. Weatherford, Texas 76086. Interment in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, at the funeral home. Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
