Jewel Fay Cox

Jewel Fay Burns Cox, 87, of Weatherford, died Friday, May 9, 2008 in a local nursing home.  Jewel was born October 16, 1920 in Natty Flat, Texas. She was a devoted wife and mother, working with her husband to make a living and keeping house. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Clarence E. Cox. Survivors:   Daughter – Dena Jones of Weatherford, Granddaughters – Mary Evelyn Gates,           Darla Kay Reddell, Lisa Fay Paschal and husband Mike, Sophie Clark and husband Bobby, 12 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Graveside service 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 12, 2008 in the Grassdale cemetery.  Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
