Jess F. Gober

Jess F Gober, 84, of Weatherford, went home to be with our Lord on Memorial Day which was fitting as he served in the Air Force in WW II, Korea and Vietnam. Born June 6, 1922, a resident of Weatherford for many years. He was retired from the US Air Force, a member of the VFW and Victory Baptist Church. He loved his family, the Church, his church family and was a friend to all. He is survived by his devoted wife of 25 years, wife, Wanda Fay of Weatherford; sons, David Gober and wife Marie of Anchorage, Alaska and Donald Gober of Washington; daughters, Tanya Hicks and husband Dennis of San Dia Mountains, New Mexico, Donna Gober of Dallas and Lisa Clutts of Weatherford; seven grandchildren, Wade, Sara, Jessi, Jacob, Katrinia, Ashley and Ryne; three great grandchildren; sisters, Eva Nordstrom of Dallas and Grace Pamrowski of Fort Worth; two nephews and four nieces.Memorial service            10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 31, 2007, Victory Baptist Church.
