Jerry Steven Washburn, age 74, of Poolville, died on Saturday, October 1, 2011 in the Paris Hospital. Born August 25, 1937 in Dallas, a resident of Parker County for several years, he worked as a pumper in the oil field and was a former delivery driver for the Star Telegram. Mr. Washburn loved horses.
He is survived by his daughter, Penny Bow; step-daughter, Connie Womack; sons, Brady and Brett Washburn; step-sons, Curtis and Johnny Abbott; brother, Jim Washburn; 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
