Jeremy Clyde Hayes

Jeremy Clyde Hayes, age 45, passed from this life to his Heavenly Home on Monday, November 15, 2021, in Fort Worth, TX. Jeremy was born on May 9, 1976, in Fort Worth, TX to James Carl Hayes and Bonnie K. (Kelley) Hayes. He attended Christ the King Church in Weatherford. He loved listening to audio books and music.

In addition to his parents, James Carl and Bonnie K. Hayes, Jeremy is preceded in death by grandparents, Sid and Vera Evans.
Left to cherish Jeremy's memory are his girlfriend, Kim White of Mineral Wells, TX; son, Patrick Jordan; daughter and son-in-law, Alicia White and Vince Hulse of Fort Worth, TX; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff (Brandi) White of Mineral Wells, TX; Randy (Shantale) White of Weatherford, TX; sister, Stephanie Brase of NE; aunts and uncle, Tonnie Moody of Wichita Falls, TX; Wayne (Sharon) Hayes of Weatherford, TX; 12 grandchildren and one great grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021, at Friendship Cemetery, 177 County Road 4698, Boyd, Wise County, TX 76023.
