Jean Ann Mutchler

Jean Ann Mutchler, 74, of Weatherford, passed away Friday, May 2, 2008 at Weatherford Regional Medical Center. Jean was born September 19, 1933, in Yankton, SD, was a resident of Parker County for many years. She was a repair technician for Ben Hogan Golf and later worked for the Parker County Courthouse for 6 years. She enjoyed painting, gardening and was an honorary member of the Granbury Master Gardeners. Jean is preceded in death by her mother, Helen Phalen; father, Clair Murray; grandson, Aaron Mutchler and a son in law, Daniel Bierle. Survivors: husband of 58 years, James E. Mutchler of Weatherford; daughters, Karen Bierle of Fort Worth, Mary Clair VanDeaver of Sanders, AZ and Brenda Chambers of Fort Worth; sons, Larry Mutchler of Trent, SD, Brian Mutchler of Yankton, SD and Mark Mutchler of Granbury; brother, Robert Murray of Granbury; 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.       

Funeral service: 10 a.m, Wednesday in the Holly Hills Memorial Park Chapel, 100 South Morgan, Granbury, Texas 76048.

Visitation: 6-8 p.m, Tuesday at Galbreaith Pickard.

Entombment: Holly Hills Memorial Park.
