Janie Irene Burrows

Janie Irene Burrows, passed away peacefully at age 76, Wednesday, May 4, 2022. Janie was born September 16, 1945, in Weatherford, TX to Acey Stroud and Katie Stroud. Janie graduated from Weatherford High School in 1965, she was a lifelong resident of Parker County, TX. Janie was the secretary for Stroud Oil Company for many years before she retired. Janie enjoyed visiting and spending time with her family. She found true joy when she became a "Grandma Janie" to her grandson. Janie adored her family and friends and will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Janie was preceded in death by her father, Acey Stroud, and son, Wesley Maresh.

Janie is survived by her mother, K Irene Stroud of Weatherford; daughter, Sallie Maresh of Mineral Wells; brother, Richard Stroud and wife Janice of Granbury; sister, Linda Housden and husband Ronny of Denton; grandson, Cody Wayne Maresh and wife Tracey of Arlington.
