Helen Louise Medellin

Helen Medellin, 82, a loving mother and grandmother passed away Friday, April 21, 2017 at her home. She was born October 9, 1934, to Henry Lee and Bessie Shirley Morgan. Helen was a lifetime resident of Weatherford. She loved playing 42 and blackjack with her family. Helen was preceded in death by husbands, Lee Roy Harwell and Ricardo Medellin and daughter, Joyce Helen.
Survivors include her significant other Bill Neeper; daughter, Debbie Messimer and husband Malcom; sons, Terry Harwell and wife Lisa, Ralph Harwell, Sr., Jimmy Harwell and wife Lorie; grandchildren, Dwight, Todd, Donnie, Renee, TJ, Matthew, Houston, Hailey, Ralph, Jr., and Shane; sister Lucy Jones; numerous great-grandchildren and extended family.
Visitation is 6-8 Sunday evening at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be 10 am, Monday, April 24 at Galbreaith-Pickard Funeral Chapel with burial following at East Greenwood Cemetery.
