Gina Sue Brown

Gina Sue Brown passed away at her Arlington home on Wednesday, August 10, 2022. She was born in Tarrant County on March 13, 1964. She lived in Weatherford with her parents, Charles and Frances Brown, until her college days. She attended Weatherford schools and then graduated from Stephens F. Austin University with a music and education degree. She was a serious music student and an accomplished pianist.

After college she taught school in several elementary schools in East Texas for several years. Her focus and enjoyment in life was music – either teaching or performing. She was exceptionally talented. Gina had a winning personality and was always friendly and outgoing. She loved her family and looked forward to family gatherings. She was a Christian and made her profession of faith when she was a youth and was baptized as a member of North Side Baptist Church in Weatherford. After leaving East Texas, she lived in Arlington, Texas. In the last several years she suffered from many health issues.

She is survived by two sons, Jacob Hall of Longview, Texas and Grayson Hall of Dallas; her parents, Charles and Frances Brown of Weatherford; her sister and brother -in-law, Phyllis and Steven Beckman of Fort Worth.

A private family memorial service is planned.
